Up close and personal with a book cover

One of the rules that I have for the evidence list found on the main page of this site is that I cannot use a reference from a book unless I have physically seen the book. The purpose of this is to verify that what is claimed to be in the book is actually in the book. This page exists so that the reader can also confirm that I have seen the book.
